Joe Scardino - President & CEO

Joe has been in the branded consumer products industry since 2003.  With a focus on new product innovation and building strategic partnerships, Joe has developed and introduced numerous successful branded products for premier sports, entertainment and lifestyle brands.  Prior to founding Applied Icon, Joe managed new product development for top licensee companies and owned and managed retail stores featuring licensed products.

Terry Tognietti - Executive Vice President & CFO

Terry is an entrepreneur and business leader with a solid history of creating value for shareholders and partners.  He has over thirty-five years of experience in manufacturing, personnel management, sales & marketing (domestic and international) superseded by success as a chief executive.  Terry has earned numerous awards for accomplishments in business, including Entrepreneur of the Year and #1 on the Inc. 500.
